This compound produces tough, soft, scratch-resistant castings. It is suitable for use as a gap filling bonding material where its resilience gives shock-resistant settings and powerful adhesion to a wide variety of materials.
Mixing Ratio: (wt:wt) 100 parts resin to 50 parts hardener
Pot Life of 100g mix at 20°C: 1 hour
Curing: Overnight at room temperature or 2-3 hours at 40°C. Minimum cure temperature 18°C
Used for potting components that are fitted to manufactured parts that can vibrate.
Supplied in 1.5kg, 7.5kg, 15kg and 75kg bulk packs
