Our ‘thick’ resin for applying onto curved surfaces.
This resin has been developed with controlled flow properties for enamelling onto surfaces that cannot be placed flat. It has a cloudy appearance but will give a clear coating if thinly applied.
Can be coloured using any of our transparent and opaque colours.
It can also be diluted with our CHEMSET® ES8103 resin to reduce the thickness of the resin to the desired viscosity. This resin is also scratch resistant.
Mixing Ratio: (wt:wt) 100 parts resin to 50 parts hardener
Pot Life of 100g mix at 20°C: 1 hour
Curing: Overnight at room temperature or 3-4 hours at 35°C. Minimum cure temperature of 18°C
Used for enamelling bangles, rings, earrings, etc. that have a curved surface
Supplied in 1kg, 5kg and 25kg cans. Smaller amounts are available from our small order agents.
